I have now had confirmation from Keymare that there will be just one legal community covering both phases I & II
Correct me if I'm wrong thats 523 units and votes (phase I 281 and phase II 242 - assuming all are sold) - should be interesting - where would you consider holding such meetings where there could be so many people !
I have a list of about 7 owners email addresses from my dealings here and on V-A site. If anyone would like to forward me thier email address and plot number or if thjey know of other purchasers then please feel free to do so by PM
It would be nice to gain as many as possible so that we start to communicate outside of these forums and PM's
Advantages could be in securing better deals/costs for any improvements for example changing locks, electricians, sat tv, shower screens, bulk purchase of TV's,sharing of airport transfers - I'm thinking off the top of my head here. I'm sure it could be beneficial to some degree to have such a method of communication
It could also help to plan for the community meetings ahead of the meetings
