We used NCS lawyers in Santiago de La Ribera. phone 0034 968 18 07 06. Sally their office manager is English. They hae proved invaluable and are now chasing up our utilities for us. Do not sign off your snagging without having seen it yourself or having someone do it for you. We have spoken to people who have done that and regretted. We had very little to be snagged off on ours, mostly cosmetic. We went over for two weeks, rented and pestered the snagging office, very politely, and got everything done. If you need any further help just ask. We also opened a bank account over the phone.
