We are due to finalise on our property  end of may.

Can anyone tell us what costs are likely to be incurred that are maybe not obvious!

What are the management charges?

What are the golf charges for residents?

Hi Suetim, get golf tariffs www.jhpinternational.com/latorre.html

The only other charges I have incurred apart from the bar obviously is the tv and phone package €400

My community fee was just under €50 a month
