We installed with Polarisworld and thank goodness we did - We do think it is needed and we thougth the quote they gave was ok.   Our managment company who will look after rental for us have now advised us that with aircon in bedrooms we can charge up to £30 more per week for rental than those without

we took over the mortgage and found the Bank very helpful and efficient - it was all arranged over email in 3 days.  When our lawyer was advising us she said it was a good idea as it did save us money and the rate was very competitive - of course in these days of buyers market for mortgages you may find cheaper elsewhere but this worked for us.

Guys,

we did our snagging yesterday with Resort Management, they did a great job to a point where the PW rep was getting quite annoyed due to the level of detail. Money well spent and it wasn't expensive!!

We went back today after completion and the snagging was already under way.
