New Villas Roda village

24 Villas are being built on a tiny parcel of land in Roda village (where the big crane is situated)

Are the developers allowed to call this new complex Olivar de Roda Golf ? I can see a lot of confusion in the future

I, for one, am a bit put out about this

I think you will a few place with very near sounding names/Terrazas-de-la-torre-golf-resort and La Torre Golf Resort  is for one, it's no big deal. I bet the people in Roda village where not over the moon when Roda Golf  rocked up bigger problems in the world than a couple house complexes having a similar name, that's for sure.

I'm just excited to see some signs of economic life at last......

I think many would agree. It is good to see new opportunities being built at sensible prices.

Its just a shame that Roda Golf SL are not prepared to sell their land at the current correct values to make building on the resort a realistic option.

The family obviously made enough money from the original sales that any investment in the resort adds very little value to their personal fortunes.
