Is there a rule about not modifying the balcony lights?
This one next door spoilt completely spoil the ambience of our own balcony when we were having a candle light dinner.

All outside modifications are subject to community approval. If is causing a problem report it to AEA and hope that they might get off their backsides and take action.
As sugested I reported it to AEA and they have written to the owner requesting the lighting reverted to the original.
But what if the owner decides to ignore the request ?
