Dog fouling yet again...

Why is it that dog owners will walk their dogs and let them foul near the basuras.  They walk away from their own apartments and let them do their business outside mine!  Bet they live in such a nice and tidy area of the village.

Ok one owner took out a bag when my husband watched him, so he looked away thinking he would pick it up.  Oh no it was left there!  A man with 2 designer dogs.  He will pick it up if on the pavement but not if he does it in bushes and plants.  What about the poor people who do the gardens?  I took a picture of him and I will post it if he continues to do this.

Go on post the picture of him now.  He probably been operating in this way for months.  Do the gardeners a favour.

I would post a picture of him NOW. Also, Dogs should be on the lead at all times. Maybe if you post the picture, stricter rules abour dogs will be put in place. 

PS: I like my neighbour's dog, he is cute and the owner respectful. It is the others who don't respect that give the dogs in general a bad name.
