We have also experienced probems with Alexandra Homes.
Our apartment has been rented out on a weekly basis during summer last year. In October however it was rented on a long term for 11 months. We have never received any rental money . Any discussions on this matter with A.H. led to nowhere. We were told that the payment delay was our own fault since we switched from short term rental to the long term one. Then we were told that it was due to the brake down in communications with the Account Department. Whatever the explanation might be the fact remains that the agency is in a breach of the contract.
We would like to exchange the ideas on what can be done with everyone who has similar problems.
