Problems at Valencia Airport.
as from 5th Nov 2008 Ryan air will nolonger be using the airport as a hub.Reason appears to be that Valencia Airport is giving marketing support to Air Nostrum.Lets hope that Valencia loss becomes a gain for the new airport at Castellon.

Due to the availability of the message boards marinador landlords have successfully curtailed Alexander Homes illegal activities of not passing on rental income.  Their office in marinador was vacated last march and where abouts of staff unknown.
The only body now offering long term lets is Marinador rental company although there are reports that even this has now ceased.
There are very few longterm letpersons available as marinador have made many employees redundant this year.
