Do you know how long the bank has to appeal?  My money went to Banco Popular and my court date (Court of First Instance) is November.  How long has it taken you from your Court of First Instance to win?

The bank has 20 days to appeal, not sure what they are doing yet.

We first went out to see the solicitors in June last year, case was filed in court around November and first hearing was in January. The final hearing took place on 11th March and the decision was made on 11th June

We won at the end of May against Banco Popular,but they appealed on the 20th day however our lawyer has contested it. Now we are awaiting our High Court judgement.Our lawyer has said it may take up to 6-9 months. We highly recommend Michael Davies Solicitors in Mojacar, and the solicitor who is dealing with our case is Ignacio Pellicer Mollȧ.
