CAM Bank, Finca Parcs Action and White-Boas

I'm interested to hear anyones thoughts on the Finca Parcs victory over CAM and how this may help progress ACC claims.

I'm helping my mother, who ploughed her life savings into ACC. I have hit many brick walls trying to progress claims against the banks, not least by useless solicitors (Fusters and RDT), so I need to know if White-Boas appear just like all the rest or if there is some hope.

As yet, I am not aware of a concerted group action with on particular solicitor, or the existance of a signifcant ACC action group where the weight of numbers may have a better chance of bearing a positive outcome.

As my mother is now back in the UK (where I am), it would be good to hear from anyone who is still in Spain, fighting the ACC cause as doing this at a distance has its drawbacks

We are going to meet with Mr Baos next month to give them POA and act for us against the bank. I have spoke to him a couple of times and had good email communication. I shall let you know how we get on when we return.

It's on a no win no fee basis but there are some costs for the courts, around 400 Euros I think. I have not spent anything on solicitors as yet and I'm seeing this as my last chance to get some money back now Huma have gone insolvent. I'm not prepared to lose any more money to spain but I thought this may be worth a shot as the costs do not run into 1,000s

hello,   we have been contacted by TCA  from the court at mercia ,  huma have gone bust, buyers who are owed money MUST contact them by 25 may !!!!!  get your claim in now.....................don't know what we will recive.........but it will be zero if you don't reply by 25th......TCA mellado 9 Murcia 30008..............jackb
