I would recommend White & Baos if you did not receive a bank guarantee and did not get your money back.

Last week saw the completion of the return all our monies along with costs and interest. The nightmare is now finally over for us. The process is slow but it was on a no win no fee basis. It has taken 4 years from when we first approached White & Baos but as it was their frist case and there have been many other successes in that 4 years I don't think future cases will take to long.

Good luck to everyone in getting the outcome we have.

Hi

After a long battle we have finally had our interest and costs paid back to us. We won the court case back in June 2014 but the bank appealed. We chose to take our payment for the capital (less the costs) whilst the bank appealed and pleased we did. The bank lost their appeal at the beginning of last year but it has taken ages for us to get the rest of our money back due to the slow process in Spain. We are still due around 3,000 Euros costs from the appeal court but what we've had so far covers the money we have paid and virtually all of the interest it has cost us over the years. Once we receive the rest of the costs the only thing I will have lost over the 12 years is my hair!!

As you can imagine we are thrilled to bits as we never thought this day would come. If you haven't started legal action yet against the bank then I would recommend using White & Baos as they have done a great job in receovering our money and also did it on a no win no fee basis.

We received our capital back in March 2015 but are still awaiting our interest and costs which amount to around 34,000 Euros still being owed. Apparently the bank has paid the courts but the courts haven't paid the solicitor yet! Can't believe how slow the process is and cannot for the life of me understand why the court is keeping hold of the money - fuming is not the word!

We received our money just over a year ago, full amount less costs which was quite a lot. We were awarded costs and interest but we are still awaiting the court to decide how much we are owed. At the minute we are still 21,000 Euros down
