I have a small leak in the bathroom of my apartment, which I am trying to get rectified (I am not going through Polaris World to do this). I contacted Milenium to ask about insurance and they sent out someone to assess the issue.
Issue assessed (and insurance not valid for this particular problem) I obtained a quote from the company who checked my apartment, however, after agreeing the quote they have ignored my emails. I am visiting next week and would like to get this sorted during my time in Spain.
The issue I have according to the man who visited my apartment is that the grills at the top of the "chimney" in my apartment are letting water in when it rains and/or the stairs need to be resealed.
Has anyone else had this issue and contracted someone to rectify? If so, can you recommend someone reliable for me to contact for a quote.
