Yes - and they were very good.  Used them last summer. They met me as soon as I stepped out of Alicante airport and I had no problems returning the car. Yhey just hand you the keys and away you go.  They dont seem to interested in checking the car on return either.  A lot faster than the usual queuing to get a vehicle.  I was out of the airport in jig time.  Would use them again.  Arlene.

 Hi

Have used Dickmanns a number of times in Murcia airport, never had a problem and no queuing. Just pick up in carpark

Have always used Dickmanns, never had a problem with picking up the car, and never check the car when returned, just drop the keys off and away you go. They also never push the extras with insurance. If you book direct with them the price also includes petrol. If you are picking up at Alicante you get instructionsabout car pick up, the bus runs constantly so you won't have to wait very long.

yes use them often and always get a good quality vehicle (not beat up and high miles like some). Excellent service, friendly and efficient and as others say they don't push the extras. annual excess insurance is good value if you are out often enough in any case.

Thanks they sound a lot better than some of the rip off ones I've used in the past.

Used them more than once and they are fine. They have moved outside of the airport since the development but the bus ride is literally 2 minutes away. Well worth the rental if they are cheapest.

I'm using easyoption for the first time in April. I'd booked through DoYouSpain originally but then our insurance company (Easy Cover) went into car rentals - not a natural transition but they spotted a gap in the market and the general annoyance at being ripped off that no doubt we've all felt over the years.

I reckon it will save me nearly 50% - headline price via DYS was 85€ but then by time I had a car seat for my daughter, put an extra driver on the insurance and of course the fuel (was supposed to be a Focus or equivalent) which for a full tank would've been over 100€ given fuel is very expensive at the minute AND they charge a premium price.

Instead Easy Option quoted me c130 €, no extra insurance charges, free car seat and they meet you soon as through arrivals, so no massive queues at the rental desk; they say that most people are in their car and on their way in about 5 mins. Best of all, take the car back as you find it re fuel (its normally got 1/4 tank).

The cherry on the cake is that because I have buildings and contents insurance I get an extra 10% discount so I'll pay 117€ all in. Friends, familiy, etc can also get the same discount.

I really hope that they live up to my expectations as I get fed up with starting my visits to Spain feeling annoyed at being kept waiting and feeling ripped off!

Ian

We've used easy option for a while now and would definately recommend them

They meet you at the airport (both Murcia and alicante), the cars are reasonably new and they have always gone out of their way to help us.

Our final straw was when we booked gold car through do you Spain and they doubled the cost of our 3 day rental with additional extras.

With easy option the price you are quoted is what you pay
