Dear all we have recentlty come back from Trampolin Hills,i have taken some photos which i will post on the site,nothing too exciting mainly pictures of the diggers and other heavy machinery of which i'm glad to say almost every one was working,they were busy leveling the ground on the left as you look down towards the golf course,but most trucks were working near the top right behind the show homes,i had previously been told that this ground would be levelled so that villas in this area would have a better view.Upstairs in the office is now a new model of the development,this may not be a new thing to some of you that have visited but i only had photos of the old one and have taken some of the new model which i will post.We were told that building will start in March which is old news i believe,phase 3 which were on should be finished in early in 2009 they say,as some people have said property on Trampolin Hills has stopped selling but we were one of the last to buy in July 2006 on phase 3 and there was barely a plot left for us to choose and they have told us now that this side of the development is completely sold out and phase 4 is now being sold.It seems that new road will save time to the motorway its 1st thing you come to after you leave the motorway junction.We have an interest in Mazarron and they are constucting two huge new roads down there and apparrently a new section is planned to join to somewhere in Campos del Rio,Mula area being a much more direct route to Mazzaron.

As anyone else received a letter from auditors asking how much they have paid to Solera (Trampolin Hills Golf). This does not seem noraml to me, could be quite innocent but I thought I would check.

Dont quite understand your request. is the question, how much have you paid in deposits ect, could you explain a bit further

we have just joined this site.

we bought at el trampolin ph1,  2 years ago and still waiting for papers.

we are going over from 2-10 april, so will try to find out more info

Please let us know what you manage to find out during your next trip. By the way, if you have bought on El Trampolin, not Trampolin Hills, there is a specific message board for that development. Whilst they are the same builder, the sites are not in the same area. You can find it by searching for 'El Trampolin' in the list of developmets. If you have any specific queations relating to the developmet you can then ask those members. (P.S. We are on Phase 1 at El Trampolin)

To clarify!!!

We have received a letter from auditors requesting information on monies paid so far to Trampolin Hills. This normally happens when a company

a) goes into liquidacion / recievership

b) have lost track of spending and books are incorrect

The question was - has anyone else received a letter from an auditor?

I have not recd any letter only my bank guarantee so woory not
