The Group has also acquired the most significant and luxurious Hotel Gran Lujo on the Andalusian Coast, the Byblos Andaluz which has been renamed as Byblos Gvadalpin. The managing of the hotels consists of selling the apartments as a property, providing the purchaser with the opportunity of profiting from the exclusive services that a five star hotel offers and the possibility of renting their apartment for their own financial gain.
