I'm being charged 291 euros for a three bed apartment in the Jardines, just wondered how that compares to others with a three bed?

The fees vary from garden to garden, with the average for the Jardines being €97 for 2009, the fees have reduced this year, so the average is now €81.5

 We are in a 3 bed on N7.  Our fees have now reduced to 100e per month.  They were around 135 euro per month to begin with.

Our fee's were 97euro's per month for a 3 bed in jardines, haven't been told the new fee's yet. when do they start, is it from the 1st july.
