Energizing ???

Just received an e-mail from Polaris World today telling me that they would give me a few days notice for a company called Oberdrola to gain access to my apartment to fit an ICP unit to energize La Isla. Have not a clue what this means or what it is for so could some kind soul enlighten me!!!

Hi Janet,

No worries,  Iberdrola is the local electric company, when the connect you up the the proper main supply and install your meter they also install a mains circuit breaker into the distribution box in your apartment.

 So ley tem in, if you dont you wont get connected to the main electric.

I think my brain might have just gone into gear! Does energizing mean we are going onto our own supply of electricity?
