old community taxes

just had an email from we think is the old company who looked after upkeep of the place for nearly 700 euros and they also want my nie nos has any 1 else had any contact

Who was the email from? and waht exactly were they asking for?

We have had an email from Condado Mileniun saying we owe 335 euros for 2008 CC and another 2 months CC for this year.  Even though they have taken payments up to June already, they are asking for Bank account number and NIE numbers.

my email said,as you know we are the new community administators in condada ,surely you are aware of the problems we have trying to get details off the old aministrators in your case your nie nos.                 

also our records show from them there is an ouystanding balance 676.07 euros for 2009

let me know about procedures to bring you uptodate or send me bank statements to if this is wrong

ive looked an we have paid up but a dont like sending them a bank statement any ideas

We got an e-mail asking for passport details and NIE numbers saying they hadn't been passed over by previous administrators.

In one way its good to see that they are getting everything in order.  

There are bound to be some mistakes if the records they got are as bad as what has been reported.

If the records show that you are behind with your fees, probably due to RPM, then I would think this is something you really do need to sort out.

If you are not happy emailing Ana, you always Fax? or are you going over soon?
