New Years Eve in Spain

What a night we had last night at Condado de Alhama

The night started in the restaurant which looked as though it was fully booked and all of the tables were taken.  The food was really good and the drinks were included in the price.  At the end of the night we were also given vouchers to take into the Clover for a free drink.

The Clover was also full to bursting - the only downside I would say was there only looked to be 3 bar staff on who worked very hard but struggled to cope with the volume of people in there.  Other members of staff  were handing out bags which contained a party hat, masks, balloons, streamers etc.  Then we were all given the 12 grapes to eat at midnight.  After the restaurant closed a couple of the staff came in to help out.

We met loads of people in there - it was nice to put names to faces.

I would like to thank Jan and Mike for their company throughout the night.

Best of all we woke up this morning to the sun shining - what more could we ask for?

Hi Dawn and Mike- we also enjoyed the night and it was lovely in the restaurant with you two and Ben. Liked the decor in the restaurant too and as it was so busy there was a great atmosphere. The Clover was really lively -mostly thanks to Jackie and friend Janice and their dance routines!!! Excellent evening.

The whole resort is looking good and we cant wait until our next visit comes around.

Have posted some pics of New Years Eve in the Clover bar. Started with the band being too loud but as the restaurant customers joined us, the bar and the atmosphere warmed up and the band played popular music which encouraged everyone to fill the dance floor.

This was our first new year with facilities and everyone had a great time. No need to go Camposol!

Just got back from Condado having spent New Year plus a few more days.  The best New Years Eve party I have ever been to -  met some fantastic people Buz Tanya Sandra and Trev plus loads more including Mr Lidl and Mr Aldi! Apologies to anyone offended by the water activities! but it is just once a year.  Photo's to follow but may be censored!

   Seems like a great night and good to see the clover full of people, like they said better than going down to camposol and you can walk home,

looking forward to coming out in the spring, how is it all looking have they started the club house yet? you will not miss the weather here minus 3 at the moment
