I do not want to go either Kayem but the truth of this situation must prevail . 

Perhaps it is time Justin started to listen to both sides of the story and  call time on the lies , manipulation .false hoods and misrepresentation of facts that  SARC perpetrate on SJ's behalf  on this forum  . 

Until SJ take full responsibility for the group as a whole  and accept  accountability for the situation they have brought upon their customers I will speak out for the truth to be known and to  protect current and future targets of these crooks .

FIN  was right from the start  and should be allowed back on if not  we are only going to get one point of view (the wrong one ) Time will tell SARC are in the wrong !!!!!!!! 

Read it and weep !!!!!!!!! This is  their current sale pitch to new targets .

MM is right they are still trading and trying to sell houses at grossly inflated prices,  I know I was offered one not a million miles from here told I would have my deposit reduced from the price and still asked to pay 235,000 for a Rosita & 150,000 for an Azucena on top of the 65000 they already have, not on your life SJ are nothing but bear faced cheats we have been robbed the lot of us

I dont understand how anyone at this stage can believe a word they say please SARC members I know Tony & Brian thought they were fighting for you but it really is a lost cause put it to bed get what you can ( & it wont be a place at Jumilla) and cut your losses make them go into Liquidation and sell all their assets, the longer you wait the better it is for SJ

I read that sales pitch from SJ a while ago, the bit about "improving the quality of their customers lives" was especially annoying!

I really hope that justice is done and that these con artists are out of business for good!

Hi FAR

I agree, I too hope that they are firmly forced out of business soon along with all the lying cheating agents that knowingly sold un-licensed San Jose properties and also those that sold knowing that there were two mortgages on the property. Met someone this week who bought a finished, key ready property then found out that it had been remortgaged and had to pay a further 100,000 euros to clear this second mortgage. Now that is a lying cheating developer.

My only concern is that the company San Jose will continue to beleive that they have a future because they can easily con groups like SARC. I wonder how many other so called purchaser groups are talking to them with their heads buried in the sand. I know of at least one group in Germany, makes you wonder and saddens me to think that people are so desperate to get something from this mess that they cling to anything, a bit like shipwreck surviours.

Hi Dave - just to pick up on your point about the shady practice of mortgaging a property after it has been reserved but before completion. 

This practice is well-known in Spain and for that reason any agent or lawyer worth their salt will always get a new Nota Simple the day before completion which shows all the debt on the property.  Only then can you be sure that no new debts have been lodged against the property since it was last checked.

Hi each, just to confirm as first hand victims of this practice, this is exactly what they did to us on an exchange contract to Playa Golf, somewhere between the Contract and Completion they double mortgaged and couldnt go ahead with the transaction as they would have owed us 55000Euros (which of course they dont have!).

Thanks so much for the 'Nota Simple' advice,  for this NEXT exchange property (now likely to go ahead before christmas),  we  will make sure that that has been granted/gained.

We are still holding our breaths but trust absolutely nothing these liers ever say - yesterday  they sent a message via our Lawyer threatening to sell this NEW exchange to another person.  Vile horrid people that they are, but yes your right, some of us just want this over with, not at ANY cost but are willing to explore every option available to gain ourselves to some peace of mind. A door, roof and a key would be fine now to save all our money.  What happens to them after, we would be pleased to see them locked up.  We have had it first hand from sales members of staff that Jumillia will not happen.  If they are told that, by there own Company   why wont Tony and SARC listen???

Got to hand it to Almundena tho, sales woman of the century!

Sorry to hear that you and Martin are still not sorted although where San Jose are concerned i am really not surprised, i hope things work out for you soon!

Clare is right, this is where i get very annoyed at some of the lawyers because things like this should not happen if they would only do the professional job they are supposed to do.

I have had inside information for a long time now that Jumilla will never go ahead just like Albatera at least not in our life time. There are some who are in complete denial about this, for them it is easier than accepting that they have been robbed, whatever rocks your boat i suppose, i like to face up to things as they really are and then move on.

I would have to disagree with you Sal that a certain person is the greatest sales person as she has not really sold anything to a lot of people. Greatest Liar, greatest pretender, greatest thief, need i go on! sounds more appropriate!

Hi Far, couldnt agree more and I promise I was being sarcy about the best saleswoman bit.. (not many  dont see through her and the team of expertly trained staff in PR/Customer Relations that they are still employing) all still payed on everyone's hard earned deposits.  Oh is it my imagination or did the site suddenly turn from 1500 to 2000 properties with only one golf course/club house blah blah blah
