reading Forums about POLARIS sites for very long.

My allegiance it to fair comment and your Stupid heading and Initial post is not.

It was alarming and over zealous.

Stay of the Forum if you cannot add  a rational comment, instead of dismissing 

a company out of hand, who as far as I am aware has a good relationship with Clients and POLARIS.

Endleg - I know that Gary has gone, but what exactly are you accusing PolarAir of doing?  Whilst you may want to defend your own company, you are no better than GrantBiker if you do so by slagging off others with unsubstantiated comments.

my Comments about POLAR AIR ;

if you believe that they departed without a bye your leave,( informing non of  their clients),

for the good of the Clients and Suppliers. I suggest you contact them direct

and request how the clients are going to get their Warranties Supported

by the manufacturers, how they intend to deal with the back log

of client queries about problems with their Installations.(Although

I believe Apolloair are picking up some of the slack)

Which representative of POLAR AIR is going to attend meeting with the POLARIS pre Installation

company to discuss who is to blame for the Unit not working properly after clients have paid their

50€. With no one there from POLAR AIR the clients lose the 50€.

Every one has the right to do what they wish, however some leave behind a mess

and I am not alone thinking that POLAR AIR left behind a mess.

I don't know who you are or what you are trying to achieve but why has Gary been draged into this?

If you read earlier postings relating to Polar Air you will see all the information has been posted as to where customers stand with regard to the warranties on the machines.

With regard to any outstanding problems that Gary may have left behind we have attended for all the customers that have asked us to on behalf of Polar Air with regards to appointments with PW. at our own expense, so believe me this is not a big money making deal on our behalf.

At the present time there are only 3 outstanding problems of the 29 people that have contacted us for help.

So what exactly is your point

I don't dispute that Gary has gone, but as per the post below, that is being covered by Steve.  You also made remarks about the quality of Gary's work, but don't offer any evidence - which is what you were asking from Grant in respect of his issues with the photo of the Climazone installation.  My point was that this thread was about a Climazone installation, it had nothing to do with PolarAir, so unless you were accusing them of putting Climazone stickers on their work you had absolutely no reason to drag them into this, apart maybe to try and deflect from the critisism of Climazone.

Seems easy enough to throw abuse at a company that has now left the country and letting everyone know how terrible everyone else is, but when defending the excellent reputation Climazone is supposed to have your not quite as convincing!

a company, running away from there committments even though, Steve,

you have picked up the Slack, which is commedable on your part.

The point Steve was it should have been POLAR AIR advising Clients, not you via

a Forum.  No where in my comments do I mention

that what you are doing is a money making exercise for your self

what I state is the reverse.

We can continue back and Forth, and you will stick to your Defence of

POLAR AIR, thats fine, its a pity you Guys were not working for Him

in the first place, perhaps we would not be having this discussion.

As for my interest, it is for  fair and open trading, in all aspects

of Business on Condado.

Alan from Climazone recently did a 3 unit installation for me on Condado and the installation and service was 1st class from start to finish. I was pestering Alan at a time when he could have probably done with out due to a personal family issue and he acted totally professional and dedicated at all times throughout to get the job done.

I personally find these forums a useful means of communication for people who don't know the areas / locally practices, etc, but the negative for me is the ongoing moans. Life is too short, we are all fortunate enough to have a place secured on these great resorts and we should consider ourselves very lucky. Enjoy life and concentrate on the more important things.

I concede that I may have overstated the case for Climazone with GRANT, 

what I was trying to get across is that, he could have contacted them and discussed

what he percieved to be shoddy workmanship and advised them that he was

going to place a post on the Forum and get a response from them, and perhaps

there are worse issues than an apparent suspect AC installation.

Off  Which we are not Sure that the client has Complained about.

With regards to PA I may have over egged the pudding, however in discussions with other AC companies,

rental and key holding agencies and Furniture companies, over the last six weeks,

what happened with PA seems to have had a negative reaction from clients to AC business's with Trust becoming an issue.

Which would be the Case if any Business did a moonlight Flit.  I wish all companies on Condado well as it is in my

own interest that the Site stays attractive to buyers.

I really cant see anyone contacting any company to talk about their shoddy workmanship on next doors property? would you? I just wouldnt use them!

Anyway, I am glad you seem to have calmed down a little from yesterday, as if you are something to do with Climazone, by accusing, arguing and being agressive with everyone and passing blame to other companies, I don't think you have done yourself or them any favours.

I hope we can all be friends again?

 Looking at this type of work and reading the grovelling excuses that have been posted to try and uphold some sort of reputation for climazone is pathetic.

Simply dont touch them with a barge pole or any kind of implement and certainly don't waste your hard earned money on what seems to be a very unprofessional, lazy and inexperianced team of so call air con engineers, take your money and run more like!!

If i thought it was worth it i would probably offer my 4 year old son to pop round and sort the slap dash out.

These type of company's should not be allowed to operate on these sites!!

Becoming less than convinced about the 'I've made 2 posts' contributors on this thread as it seems unlikely to me as a new contributor you'd just happen to light upon this one and madly feel you needed to make derogatory comments.

Most of us wil make up our minds from doing lots of personal research- threads such as these and recommendations only go part way to helping get a decision made. deciding who to use or not to use from one photo would be daft.

For anybody wanting to have aircon installed, i have now lived on condado for 9 months and i am aware of who to use and who not to use for any body wanting to invest in airconditioning i can point you in the right direction, i will also show you examples of there work. I DO NOT WORK OR HAVE ANY INTRESTES IN THE 2 COMPANY I WOULD RECOMMEND. iF intrested please contact me.

Tony & Katy, completely agree. Not sure about Grantbiker's reasons for psting, but the sudden appearance of endleg, with his attempts to deflect from the the critisism of Climazone by negative comments about a totally unrelated firm seems very suspicious to me. Makes me wonder if this isn't someone from Climazone!  Now Jimmynik - maybe a competitor??  I would far rather see an honest post from the company clarifying the position, rather than mud flinging!

As I had mentioned before, this is the first time I used this site and didnt quite realise the extent of how it all works, maybe quite nieve of me, I dont know.

I have just logged in since my last post and am quite shocked. All I would like to say is I apologise for any upset. 

The post however is completely genuine and I have no idea about removal of stickers, which to me still sounds ludicrous, but if this is such a cut throat business then who knows. I saw this install and I wasnt impressed, maybe I over reacted but if all installs looked like this the Condado De Alhama site wouldnt be very pretty.

I really do not want to go in to it anymore as I would like this to end now and by the sounds of it so do alot of other people.

Sorry Again and I think I will stick to ceiling fans!
