iberdrola moving on

anyone else heard that iberdrola will complete on condado in ten days then move on and not return,

this would leave me and i expect others right in the clarts, as we are not yet connected

Why might they leave to never retrun- if they haven't finished? If you ring them they do have English speaking customer services which we found very helpful when my in laws had a problem with their fuse.

The are not leaving quite yet, had an email from customer services say the they expect to fit the meters in Naranjos 1 sometime during the first/second week of October. So they are around for a few weeks yet.

We are also in Naranjos 7 and have had our meter fitted.  We are 3 doors up from Ant and Andi,  (the Rochdale supporter) .    We have a bill of 158 euros taken from our bank account today.  Is this the installation fee does anyone know?

That's worrying (for me) Sue. I was told that I was connected a couple of weeks ago, also on Naranjos 7, but I still don't see any debit on my account.
I gave authorisation to polaris to look after the connection when I completed so I presume all paper work would have to have been in order before they connected me??

We got a bit panicky a few weeks ago because we were told that Jardine 7 was done. However I since foumd out they missed a small section and that our apartment was one of them and would be done early this week.

I had an e-mail from our key holder today to say my meter was in and were requesting she came and picked my key up from them. We are overlooking the pool as well so I'm assuming they are all now complete.

Might be a good idea to verify this will Iberdrola or the call centre.

Does anyone know when the electricity will be on in garden 8 Naranjos.  We have not heard anything about it yet although we filled the forms in with Polaris months ago?  Also, was there any water damage to any of the apartments during the storms recently?

No still in cloudy rochdale, and Polaris still have the key but i will be collecting it in november when i nip over.

have you been to any sunderiand games this season . i hope they have a good season
