Hi Steve, if you turn the machine off for about 30 minutes to allow the water to drain away, then turn on again with a temperature of no less than 21 degrees with the doors and windows closed, in a lot of cases this will stop the water leak, humidity in the Murcia area is at about 46% at the moment and the drains can not cope with the amount of water the units produce if the temperature is set too low. Having said that it is not unusual for the pipes to be put in without air vents or running up hill so if you still have a problemgive us a call.  Caroline,  Apollo Air
