I concede that I may have overstated the case for Climazone with GRANT, 

what I was trying to get across is that, he could have contacted them and discussed

what he percieved to be shoddy workmanship and advised them that he was

going to place a post on the Forum and get a response from them, and perhaps

there are worse issues than an apparent suspect AC installation.

Off  Which we are not Sure that the client has Complained about.

With regards to PA I may have over egged the pudding, however in discussions with other AC companies,

rental and key holding agencies and Furniture companies, over the last six weeks,

what happened with PA seems to have had a negative reaction from clients to AC business's with Trust becoming an issue.

Which would be the Case if any Business did a moonlight Flit.  I wish all companies on Condado well as it is in my

own interest that the Site stays attractive to buyers.

you are commedable in your defence of POLAR AIR, however how can you defend

a company, running away from there committments even though, Steve,

you have picked up the Slack, which is commedable on your part.

The point Steve was it should have been POLAR AIR advising Clients, not you via

a Forum.  No where in my comments do I mention

that what you are doing is a money making exercise for your self

what I state is the reverse.

We can continue back and Forth, and you will stick to your Defence of

POLAR AIR, thats fine, its a pity you Guys were not working for Him

in the first place, perhaps we would not be having this discussion.

As for my interest, it is for  fair and open trading, in all aspects

of Business on Condado.

my Comments about POLAR AIR ;

if you believe that they departed without a bye your leave,( informing non of  their clients),

for the good of the Clients and Suppliers. I suggest you contact them direct

and request how the clients are going to get their Warranties Supported

by the manufacturers, how they intend to deal with the back log

of client queries about problems with their Installations.(Although

I believe Apolloair are picking up some of the slack)

Which representative of POLAR AIR is going to attend meeting with the POLARIS pre Installation

company to discuss who is to blame for the Unit not working properly after clients have paid their

50€. With no one there from POLAR AIR the clients lose the 50€.

Every one has the right to do what they wish, however some leave behind a mess

and I am not alone thinking that POLAR AIR left behind a mess.

what you find doubtful and what has happened on Condado, shows you have not been

reading Forums about POLARIS sites for very long.

My allegiance it to fair comment and your Stupid heading and Initial post is not.

It was alarming and over zealous.

Stay of the Forum if you cannot add  a rational comment, instead of dismissing 

a company out of hand, who as far as I am aware has a good relationship with Clients and POLARIS.

As you stated you are some one who says they like to Check out Companies First, did

you contact Climazone and give them the address anad asked if they installed the Units? I think not.

Instead you placed your Comments on the Forum and left them in a position of having to defend there reputation,

via there clients.

It is quite evident from what goes on at Condado that it would be no Suprise if another Installer would not try and Stich Up another.

As most buyers on Condado will tell you the AC companies are striving to get as much Business as possible by what ever means possible,

you only have to look at  POLAR AIR to see the lengths some of them go to.

Part of it is the Fault of the buyers who do not request Proof that what the Installers cliam, such as being fully Quailfied, when indeed they

are not, offering Cheaper AC than anybody elese but then as with POLAR AIR installing Units Incorrectly and undersizing on the Exterior Units.

I Believe this is why POLARIS are insisting with all complaints against them, all parties must be present.
