Disney Rumours?

Has anyone heard that a Disney Theme Park  maybe coming to Murcia? Great news if its true for those of us that are renting out our properties.  I actually think someone said its near Corvera Airport which makes sense.

Sorry old rumour starting a while ago by some agents and at one time was getting confused with the theme park that did open Terra Natura, near Murcia

This was actually checked directly with Disney and they confirmed that thye had no plans for any other European parks

agree it was never a possibility even in the boom days and in any case Murcia has a lot to offer just as it is

the general view is that anyone buying in Mercia now,where you can get  for example get a 3 bed duplex new ready now ,  reduced from 184K € to 134K €, will find that medium term they will have made a good investment

And whilst they sit it out waiting for the recovery they also have the benefit of 'life style' use in Murcia, which is hard to beat

Have read on another forum that this rumour was started years ago by dodgy sales reps trying to 

 increase sales of houses in the region.  Just hope nobody has bought on this information.

Our sales rep did mention it to us but also told us it was not true.
