New thread for positive people

Thought Id bring this thread back to the top.

Just got back from spending a week out at CdA to complete on N314 Los Naranjos. WOW! This place just gets better & better. Spent a frantic week doing NIEs, snagging, Notary, Furniture shopping, 700 miles in total. Daytime temps were high 20s.Met lots of very nice people. Will be going back out late Nov to stay in our own place in Spain. YEAHHHHH!

Just Back from a great and hot four days at CDA - Course looking great -

Played Le Torre - Nice course- Only two holes that were affected by the rain -

First visit since June 07-  No real movement on the temporary clubhouse yet - Does anyone know when contruction will start on the main clubhouse-

Also can anyone recommned somewhere for Rattan furniture

Don & Kerry huge congrats to both of you. This time last year we completed and I remember thinking to myself  "how lucky are we, this is our place! our own piece of heaven. No matter how lousy the weather is at home we can always get some sun in Spain". CDA and its owners are a great place and hope that you enjoy finding out more about it

We too are just back ourselves from completing on our penthouse P927. Delighted to meet Don & Kerry while we were over getting NIE's, snagging etc etc...

Hey Don & Kerry we finally got our keys that day after a glitch with the deed and the bank but gladly got it sorted, as you know we were close to having to pull the plug at the last minute......one minute doom and gloom the next high as a kite when we eventually got the keys...even if they are like prison keys (sheer length of em)  So gleefully enjoyed the rest of the week in the sun!

We tried finding you guys around the place but didnt succeed, but hey I'm sure we'll meet up real soon for a celebrationary scoop or 3

Hi Don & Kerry,welcome to the family.

We all had our "moments" with euro rates e.c.t.,but all that is behind us,and well worth it in the long run.

We are in penthouse 14,have been over a couple of times,and loved it.

Met some great people,played some golf(don't ask skell about it),and really felt at home.

We are over 2nd Nov. for the winter and will look forward to having a cold one(or two)with you both.
