I can arrange for air conditioning to be fitted from a local company based in Fuente Alamo which is the one who installed my air conditioning in Jardin 7 N557, and my neigbours' from Birmingham, in N558.
I got from them during my last visit to Condado at the beggining of August a full range of prices starting from 380 euros DAITSU ASD7U 1764FGR/2142 KCAL, SAMSUNG NEO FORTE INVERTER AQV12NSA 3000fgr/3.440KCLR at 647,66 euros to DAIKIN SPLIT INVERTER TXS25G 2.150 FGR/2924 KCAL at 1.029,80 euros and TOSHIBA MONZA INVERTER 16 4000 FGR/4.558 KCLR at 1.274 euros, which is the most expensive model, and will be more than enough just with this unit to heat/cool the whole apartment.
Inverters units are more expensive but you might save up to 30% electricity when comparing to standard ones.
They got 3 years guarantee and the instalation cost is included in the price. VAT 16%, is not included, so you just need to add this if you want to calculate full price.
Also, they can only do the instalation (for those who already got an air conditing machine). The price for the instalation is 150 euros.
They have a vast experience in installation within the local community, and I am more than happy to recommend them and help them to get new bussiness putting this message in the forum, they have a great power to negociate directly with the manufacturers and get very good prices for them and also their custumers.

I got only one powerful DAIKIN unit in Naranjos for a 3 bedroom apartment and it is perfect for the size. I rent the apartment though summer to different families and everyone says it was perfect even in August, when it was very hot. I do not want my electricity bills to go very high because of the aircon, and believe, it is getting very expensive. last year the goverment increases it by 33% and slectric companies are still complaining, so I believe it will go up again.
I guess any aircon company will be willing to sell up to 3 machines (even better than only one), but you have to think is it really necesary? do I really need it? our apartments are very small.
