I am sure people will understand that you operate alone and there will be delays sometimes which are beyond your control, and that as you are on the road a lot you sometimes cannot contact people right away cos you cannot drive and use a phone.

I am told that have loads of insurance so peoples goods are safe, and this will make people feel happier even if things arrive a bit late.

I think that you are very brave and the attempted robbery when you were parked up at the roadside in valencia must have been very scary ,but I guess it helps keep your costs down by sleeping in your van even if it means you cant fit as much in now.
