Anyone know of a 2 bed appt for sale in Jardines.

Our niece is looking for 1 of the 2 bed upstairs appts in one of the smaller gardens.

Does anyone know of any for sale.

 I'm sure I saw one with what looked like a 'for sale' sign in the window in Jardine 2, which is a nice small Jardine and I was told that a lot of Jardine 1 wasn't sold, but that means that they each gotta pay more per month for upkeep of the pool and the garden etc., so I'd go for Jardine 2, especially as the one I saw backs onto the golf course, so you have a good from the roof terrace of the lakes and green near Jardine 2. There is one for sale next door to ours in Jardin 9 it is a end one not sure what the asking price is.

The community fees for all unsold apartments will be paid by the owners i.e Polaris World. so don't worry about that.
