QTR 2 - Community Fees

Just a few questions on Community Fees

1. Does anyone know when the Community Fees for QTR 2 ( Apr - Jun) will be taken?2

2. Will the amount be lower than what we paid in for Jan - Mar?

3. I've got a Ground Floor apartment on Los Naranjos (Garden 4) - Does anyone know the figure?

Answers to these question would greatly be appreciated as RPM haven't answered these when I emailed then to thank them for collecting my QTR 1 Community Fee twice.

Hello Neighbour , I do not know when they are to be collected but the new amount will be lower from now on, I am ground floor Naranjos 4 as well and new fee is 112.79 euros per month.

I'm just back and Jill was saying the next payment would be taken on 1 July.  Hope this helps. 

Ps the pool is lovely just now - spent most of my days lounging in it.
