I am one of the unfortunte people who used Pablo Sebastian Belsey from Spanish Lawyers to recover my Bank Guarantee's without going into to much detail along with getting involved with the Finca Parcs project in the first place it was probally one of the worst mistakes of my life.

Fortunatly for me he did not cash all my guarantee's there was one he did not get his hands on, this one I got Montse a spanish lawyer who operates out of Murcia and as appeared quite a few times on this web site in posts.

The reason for this post is to thank her and to tell her she as restored my faith in Spanish lawyers, she dealt with the matter professionally was very fair in what she charged me and I would not hesitate to recomend her to anyone in a similar situation to the one I found myself in.

Hi Debs,

When I bought my property I was told at the sale that if the property was not deliverd on time to my satisfaction I had 14 days to cancel my contract and my deposit held in an account by the Cam Bank would be returned to me.

Bottom line is, Cam bank have my deposit, CG will not complete on time for whatever reason and I would like my deposit back ! without the assurance above I was given when I bought the property, I would not have bought.

That's exactly what the CAM have asked to to do lets hope I have the same luckas you, although I really dont see why they need to see the bank transfer reciept as they must have an audit trail through the BG number, also what would happen if you lost the BG but had a scanned or photo copy would they still refuse because it was not the original ?, maybe someone can answer that one.
