to let you know i have now had all money returned - deposit a few weeks ago with 6% interest per annum and compo the bank of Valencia finally made an out of court settlement but it took a while to sue, my lawyer was miguel from Andersons who has now branched of on his own but he came up with the goods what a relief the nightmare has ended for me, after 5years so hang in there folks keep on fighting and don't give up what ever you do
i wish all of you all the best in getting back what is rightfully yours and thank all of you for your suport over the last 5 years
