Read into it and approach with caution....But surely worth a phone call Villaquest S.L This company are apparantly willing to sell any purchaser of ACC ....who has paid a deposit .....a key ready property. From the Villaquest website - did you know at MCC Coming soon:9 hole golf course, Tea room, Library, Lawn bowls, Sauna, Gymnasium, Heated swimming pool and Table tennis.
