Hi All .... please excuse as I am a new comer here , unfortunatly I bought or should I say reserved a Tarrifa at Almanzora CC . We ! I think were lucky as our full deposit had not been passed over to HUMA but held back by our solicitor , to which we then set up a bank account and had it moved there for safe keeping . .. Anyway .. back in april 2005 ( yes we were one of the early birds on the site ) and bought through MacAnthony MRI , to which we very very very very let down by . So we paid €3000 to them / solicitor as a plot holding deposit with a credit card , which was then past onto HUMA . My question is to any one that can help or advise is where do we stand in getting that €3000 back on the credit card or any other way or will someone be honest and say it is now lost and gone for ever . I feel looking through the numerous of threads on this website that we appear to lucker than most in not losing out to much , but € 3000 is still alot money to throw away with nothing to show except a life learning step nto to trust everything to see and hear from Real Estate companies , especialy MRI .. Anyone else bought through MRI ans misssold ?
