Just spent two weeks in our house on phase 4. Phase 5 is still all fenced off with no work having been done since we were there in October. A few workmen are on site but only doing maintenance work on the houses already occupied.

We have just returned from a month on Phase 3.  As stated Phase 5 still all fenced in.  Just workmen doing snagging on phases 1-4.  Patricia states that work will be recommencing within this next month as they now have the money to finish the site.  I know it may be a case of believe it when you see it, but when we first arrived in March she told us she had no idea what was happening and whether it would be finished then this last week she says she is now very happy as lots of workmen coming and the site will get finished.  This was also confirmed by 'Phillipe' who seems to be the head foreman on site instructing the other workers.  Lets hope this is the case.

Re phase 5 onwards - Patricia advised us in March that the work would start after Easter!

We believe the site will eventually be completed but it may take some time.  It was good to see however, many of the houses being occupied, particularly on a weekend.

When we were out in March for the first time, we saw a ESTOS van and a man walking round the houses where remedial work was being done.

Penisa are no longer employing cleaners to do a builders clean and those who have white goods inc. are receiving cashback rather than the goods directly from the builder - perhaps a reflection of the times.

The architect was on site, a good sign is that the sales office and architect are still visable.

Back out in a few weeks, will try and get  some updated photo's to post on the forum.

Hi

Been in terreros for the last two weeks and have only seen the odd workman on site doing any  work but did see materials being moved off the site at times mostly stuff still wrapped .Still fenced off,As to sales still being made the coin will be in the air for a long time as to who owns what and who owes who,the spanish seem to think it will stay in its present form for a long time.

regards

keith
