We have just returned from a month on Phase 3. As stated Phase 5 still all fenced in. Just workmen doing snagging on phases 1-4. Patricia states that work will be recommencing within this next month as they now have the money to finish the site. I know it may be a case of believe it when you see it, but when we first arrived in March she told us she had no idea what was happening and whether it would be finished then this last week she says she is now very happy as lots of workmen coming and the site will get finished. This was also confirmed by 'Phillipe' who seems to be the head foreman on site instructing the other workers. Lets hope this is the case.

Annies Bar is at the back of us its below the apartments highest in the hills to the left of Beverley hills apartments if looking from site office. Apartments have a pale blue painted roof top terraces. Hope this helps

Good news for everyone on first 3 phases. The actual written licences (habitacion) are now through and we have received our copy so hope to complete end of October. Is anyone else going to be out there end of October time?

Hi,
We are no. 60 Phase 3. Houses are complete but no actual licences have come through yet, although the office will tell you they have been granted. They have nothing in writing as of yet from the town hall and state they will be here in the next week. Having said that they told us that a few weeks ago now!. They will try to get you to complete without it, which we will not be doing. Obviously that would be your choice. Ill post a message as soon as we hear or receive anything about this licence.

My solicitor has informed me today that Peinsa have stated the licences for the 1st 3 phases have now come through. We are just waiting to see a copy sent by them. So good news for those waiting for the actual licences before completing.
