Have had a phone call from Patricia this morning asking why we want to pull out. We have our deposit down on one of the bungalows that have not even been started yet, but Patricia assures us that they will be completed by October 2009. Seems strange after months of trying to contact them, when they received a letter from our solicitor they are now phoning us. Too little too late, with the drop in property prices it is no longer viable to continue with Peinsa. We have no bank guarantee but are still going to take a punt at getting our money back. If there is anyone in the same situation as us perhaps we could pool resources against Peinsa.
