Hi ya'all

A lot of water has flown into the sea since I started to post in this discussion forum. A lot of uppers and downers, yes, but I have always tried to stay on the positive side.
After all this back and forth with all discussions we have had regarding Trampolin Hills, Grupo Trampolin, The council of Campos del Rio, us – the customers, I must say that we have all reached a point where we need to think in a different direction. But I would hope that we could stop the self-pity and anger and try to be constructive, concrete and fair. as Al Capone said: "You get further with a gun and a smile, than just a gun"..
The main reason why I think differently now is NOT because all the problems with delays, political mumble jumble, missing info from GT, bad press, etc. I personally do not blame anyone, but myself.
The reason is the general market situation now!    In Spain – and in the rest of the world.      This has made me realize that his project really should be stopped.
It is now possible to buy a finalized house/apartment in Spain for less than we have in our contracts - just consider the number of un-sold houses in Spain.
I do not know the status or the financial status of Grupo Trampolin, but I think it is wise now, to do up the maths, and see what could be done with regards to payback of the money to the customers.
GT must now act on the bank guarantees, pay the money back to their customers and finally put the project on hold and wait for better times.
If we are forced to end this ball in court we will only find ourselves spending the money and even more money funding the court system in Spain, including lawyers on both sides.
I guess some of us could evaluate different solutions to our common challenge (like getting a house in return instead of the money) but in all fairness, I recommend that the solution should be uniform - the same solution for all customers.
So please Grupo Trampolin, AMGA2, Antonio, or whoever reads this:
The time has now come to negotiate and find solutions instead of clinging to an idea of a dream that nobody wants anymore and has turned into a nightmare for all of us – even for you.
And finally to Antonio:
I salute your ambition of giving people houses – but that is houses that they really want – not houses to those struggling with their economy due to global crisis and the project delays.
Please revert to us with a proposal for a different solution for us, the customers of the TH project.

OGO

I agree with you Ogo the state of the worlds finance means that we no longer have gained from buying off plan, infact just to pay in Euro's from Sterling means that my dream is almost out of reach, as some one using property in the uk to fund my villa I have a property to sell worth less and a villa to buy that now could cost a 3rd more than I had budgeted for , I think that like in the uk and other parts of the world governments have stepped in to save the banks, and maybe if our money is lost in Spain then someone like the european community should be asked to step in and demand peoples life savings deposited in Spain should be returned either by Spanish government or european funds. Personally I've had enough of TH and from the responses on eye on spain a lot of you have too.

Yep totally agree with both of you.

However unfortunately we have tried to get our money back since July and no can do, they just will not give anyone their money back and that is why if you want to take this seriously, you MUST get yourselves a solicitor and join a group to bring the costs down. This is in my opinion the only way. Antonio et al are rogues they have spent all our money and they have no more. They have actually declared this in our court hearing under oath so take it from me a regular poster, get yourself a solicitor.

Regards

Jackie

Personally, i think the only way to go is via the court system - as a group of the majority of customers of TH. This way we can, for a small amount each, go as far as knowing who is responsible and thereby see how wise it is to continue with court procedures.

Antionio does not listen to your message OGO - and he does not care if crisis is making it more difficult for his customers. Look at the other project discussions "El Trampolin" and "Dream Royal"...

Do you think he would ever pay the customers back? No way! Come on! And he would not even be able to because the money is already spent in the other fiascos of his.

No - the only way is via the court. This way the truth comes out and via no other measures. And depending on the truth the case will take its course - If the council is to blame then the council will need to pay! If GT is to blame the GT will need to pay! But someone is to blame - make no mistake about that!

The clock is ticking... January 15th closes in ...

My opinion used to be it will be ok when they get started, but now I am convinced that should it go ahead we will be the new El Trampolin an unfinished project and our problems then will be ten times what they are now, I'll join any organisation necessary to get my money back but believe me we wont see any money from TH as I said in a previous thread it will take a european directive to force the return of any money so good luck to us all.

I doubt Th will give any money back, I think they have spent it on other developments thinking they would still get funding for this one? who knows? Maybe they still will get funding from another major Bank, but not heard anything and the papers seem quiet

They had one month to revise their plans which by my calculation is up next week... if they havent revised them then definitely action needs to be taken with this action group forming in January...

Can someone give me a brief update on the situation with the Trampolin Hills development. This is my first visit to the website and neither the agent who sold me the property nor GT are responding to my requests for info.

I purchased an apartment on Phase 2 which should have been completed Oct 08, my understanding is that GT have an aditional 6 months to complete before they are in default. i.e April 09.

I would like my money back, can I take any action prior to the above date?

Is there a group formed to take joint legal action thereby spreading the costs?

I for one have declared my interst as I want my hard earned money back. Basically if we stick together and combine our funds we will ahev a better chance of getting money back.

Hi Patch,

Found your note.

Can you let me have more information on what you are doing or point me in direction of where I can find out more.

just recently joined the site and am trying to pass on information I have and gather as much as I can. I actually still want my house on Royal Dream as I want to live there as I love the area. We live about 45 minutes from there at moment so if you see my other notes you will see that whenver I get more information I will post it to you all.

Dear All, I have just received a letter from the agent who sold me an apartment on Trampolin Hills. It obviously originates from TH and is offering 8.5% discount on the price of the property if I accept and return signed document before end of Feb. However there is only an estimated completion date of some 18 months from now.

I don't believe 8.5% dicount is in anyway generous taking into account the unspecified delay and the fact that the Euro exchange rate has deteriorated by approx 30%. Also my understanding of the contract is, if the property is not delivered on time, the purchaser has 2 options, accept compensation (again unspecified) or get their money back. Is this considered option 1. Any thoughts.

Question. Has anyone started procedings to get their money back i.e (the MAG) or any individual. Has anyone made progress or been successful.

Billy Boy and everyone else.

It is time we realised that Trampolin Hills is never going to happen. There are well meaning people on the discussion boards who are still hoping it will and trying to see any news as positive. its not. This latest 8.5% discount! is simply another delay to push us another 18 months down the road so this Antonio B*LLOX and his pals can get away with more time. Try and think back to different occasions on this site as soon as we get a head of steam up and are going to do something he comes on as Amaga 2 and eventually we went and backed off, he is a CON MAN and is good at it obviously becuase none of us are idiots, are we?

The council may or may not have contributed to delays but they have not stolen all our deposits that should have been put in to a bank and now anyone who wants tham back could get them back. this is fraud, they dont have our money.

We need to stop dealing with them anymore and every last one of us need to band together and take them on, no splitting us up. All united against them. The MAG is the obvious route for ALL of us to go so how about it? Lets lose all our money fighting not rolling over to these f*ckin cowboys. It would give me personal pleasure to see them in JAIL for this.

Regards to all and best wishes for 2009.

Brian

Well said. I agree 100%. My only concern is that the MAG  needs to be a group action , and not just a series of individual actions. I am totally inexperienced in all of this, and have difficulty understanding how such a group action would work.  Can anyone shed any light re this process and potentila costs. Surely though we have more strength in numbers and more of a chance of getting our money back. This forum is all well and good, but any like minded individuals feel free to private message to dicuss further. We cannot llet them get away with this, or stall us with more false dawns, NO MATTER WHAT DISCOUNT THEY OFFER!

Thanks to Patch and Brianp for your comments. I have contacted my lawyer for advice if I wanted to pursue the issue myself. The lawyer needs a Power of Attourney, that would cost £100 and would want 1,800 Euros up front. Possibly another 2,000 Euros and a minimum of 2 years to process this through the courts. So a long process with no guaranteed end date and a minimum of £3,500 with no guraanteed maximum. A duanting prospect to go it alone.

I will chip in the the MAG (when I find out how to) can anyone advise me of direct contact for this.

I will look on internet. Any additional responses would be welcome form MAG members.

Regards Billy Boy
