Obviously, they can go to the appeal court, but are likely to be upheld according to GM legal experts.

Thats great news Millo, thanks for sharing that. You must be relieved!!

Some people didnt have a BG or some of the ones that did had one from a Swiss bank that wasnt even valid.

Hopefully we will get some more good news from people viewing this thread.

Ha ha they just said to write a letter from Solicitor, Lol

The blokes been to court after about a million letters from solicitors and even in court in front a Judge he wont

give our money back - what a cheek sending you emails like that Ciaran! They obviously think we are soooo gullible!
