Hi eveyone,

It's been a while since Taray held the meeting giving their word and pledge they would build  us a pool on phase one as contracted. Well true to their word we have rec'd  an e-mail fom our solicitors today informing us that as a result of the meeting held on 14/11/08 they will be constructing a municipal area which is obviously pay as you use but we are unsure of the site location yet or the size of the development.  Has any one any more info to add.  Heres looking forward to our new communal area.  Dave & Claire

Hi Widds

I can't add any more but there are a few other questions that need answering.

When we all signed up to buy on phase 1  this pool complex was supposed to be a communal area built by Taray for for the purchasers of phase 1 and for use only by phase 1.

It has now turned into a swimming pool owned and run by the council with Taray as the builders and open to all in San Cayetano. Also we do not know how many months of the year it will be open. Don,t forget the other municipal pool only opens 2 months of the year.

I have tried to get answers to the above but so far failed.

When we bought back in May 2006 it was made perfectly clear that the pol would be built by Taray but run by the council. We were never told anything else.

we brought on phase 2 last year and were told that we would be allowed to use phase one pool but our pool would be for phase two residents only as it was built in the costs and owned by tarey

Hi,

Thanks for the updates folks, some good points raised, but if we can let's try and keep a positive tone to this thread, lets face it we have gone from potentially the prospect of no facilities at all to this latest pledge from Taray and an approval from the council of the building of a pool etc. I would like to know more details and specifics, I think we should welcome this news it can only be good.
