It would be nice to speak to buyers now and get to know people as we are looking forward to going to san cay and meeting new friends and enjoying it all, reading other peoples comments about sc it sounds brill.

Hi Whispers,
We have bought on phase 2, the last information we had was that phase 2 would be ready september 2009, don't take this as gospel because I only heard it word of mouth.
I am in touch with some lovely people whom are already living out there, they have told me that the builders are working weekends to pull some time back.
We are going over there the 1st week in december so whatever information we get we will pass it on.

Hi Whispers & Cricket Fan
We have also bought on phase 2 and, like Kev & Bev (Cicket Fan) we will be over on 29th November for a long weekend to show the kids what we've spent all our money on. I'm also in the area next weekend on a golf trip with some friends and hope to be able to take a trip to SC and get some photos.

jealous as we will not be able to go over until after xmas as this is our busy period at work enjoy the

thanks again to alanicki / cricket fan were do you stop when you arrive as our previous trips we stayed in san pedro, los alzcatres, and a hotel just outside san pedro we were looking for somewhere nearer on our next visits???

Hi Whispers, fortunately we ahve friends who have a property in Cabo Riog and a cousin who has a property in Playa Famenca, both properties are just 15 minutes on the AP7 to S/C. There are people who rent their properties out in San Can.
We will keep you posted with developments

Hi Whispers
I have a work colleague who has a place near Torrevieja so we will be staying there and will hire a car to get to SC. We didn't want to rent off someone on the site as we thought it would take the shine off our first stay in our own place.
