We did it ourselves very cheaply and was well worth it for us. It was alot of work and stress and you definately need to speak very good spanish to go it alone. I think overall it took us a week from start to finish collecting the spanish plates.
As soon as you bring the car over you need to get on with it ASAP. if you dont speak very good spanish then like alex875 best get someone to help you but thats when the expense comes in!!!!! i guess it all depends on how much yr car is worth and how badly you want to keep it.
