Contracts

Did anyone on San Cayetano get their contract in English, I have mine now but in Spanish, via Masa. Now I don't want to offend Masa but I would have thought as they know I'm not fluent in the language and Masa being a huge company with a diverse multi lingual workforce, that it would have been easier for all parties to offer contracts in both languages. I would use google translator as I have previous for smaller projects, but this is twenty odd pages long.

We got our contract in Spanish with an English translation provided.  However, there were significant chunks missing from the English 'translation'.  I was told that if I wanted a proper translation I had to get one myself.

Ask your independent (ie not recommended by the Agent) solicitor to check the contract thoroughly before you sign it.

Phew, what did we do before the Interweb thingy. One phone call and Masa had them on my machine here in Boro.
