EOS moderators question

My solicitors have just confirmed that the first occupancy licences have been granted and they have started the process to comlete the sale with my bank. There is still a problem with the swimming pool licence and so the pool will be out of bounds for the time being but at least we seem to be finally there.

We visited Monday this week and the pools were indeed full of water and, with what appeared to be, sand on the bottom. The pathways have lost some of their sand and weeds are growing through the sand and also through the lavender and rosemary planted in the borders.
There was no-one around, no workmens' cars on the road or workmen on site, but after about half an hour a security chap wandered over to us and, since we do not speak Spanish, we left.

I did notice the architrave and doors to the serving hatch have at last been fitted in the apartment we reserved. Which was a relief, because in May Lourdes told us that we would have to complete even though they might not be fitted.
