Well, we were only out there on Saturday and I can assure you that the pools have not been drained as they are in the process of cleaning the water. There are cleaners on site, and a few men who are carrying out some carpentery jobs,  and they will be staying to carry out more work when the snagging lists come in .

Mijas town hall has informed me that the licence has progressed to the Junta de Andalucia who meet every friday, if they approve then the application can be granted.
