Floundering!

Last night I received an email from Lourdes stating her contract with SMD has now finished.  As yet I don't know who we speak to at SMD.  Does anyone have any information?

Yesterday (thurseday) went to site to see what was happening Juan Antonio has taken over from Lourdes, he can be contacted on the same mobile no that lourdes had, from what he was saying to me the town hall do not have to come out again, they are just waiting for the licence to be signed off by the mayor, Juan has been going round the apartment and townhouses checking for a problems, there is a few builders on site, but very quite up there.

Hi Sandra - how good is Juan's English - no point in us calling him if not too good as our Spanish definately not up to it yet! 

You say very little activity - does that mean it truly looks like everything is finished as they are just waiting?!!!!!!

He can speak english, there is no more that can be done on site, so they are just waiting for the licence.

I don't think they can 'just sign it off' if they paid a site visit from the 16th November application......surely what was a problem for the authorities needed to be seen before the licence is grated.........it is now 2 yrs 7 months overdue......I don't think the delay can be justified in court!
