The person who did our snagging list informed us that the pool has been drained and work was ongoing in the area. Has anyone got a completion date yet,we are still waiting on our Lawyers,they have our snag list ,quite detailed but nothing serious.

Yes,heard from our Lawyers ,GVA Marbella, today,are seeking quotes to get snagging done. Not to concerned about the pool as long as its open next summer (May). Like other buyers we have waited a long time for this day.
