At the risk of embarassing myself I have to ask something that has puzzled me each time I have stayed on the resort.  I take out my rubbish, sorted as best I can and stand and look at the four waste bins - cardboard/paper (understand that one), organic waste (understand that one), glass (and that one), cartons (now not sure about that one but use it for the milk and OJ cartons) but where does the plastic go - it gets me every time?  Anyone help - happy to have the glaringly obvious pointed out to me as I have read the writing on those bins so many times I probably cannot see what's right in front of me!  Oh and we are exceptionally happy HRGR owners and cannot wait to get back and spot the changes/improvements.

Pauline

Hi Polly

You are not alone - we have the same deliberations every time we visit & so when returning the comments sheet etc to Resortali last month, I actually put that some clarification re what to do with the copius amounts of plastic water bottles that we collect, would be most helpful. I confess I am also still not 100% sure as to what we should be putting in the small black circular bins either & so I will also be interested if anyone can enlighten us for future eference!!

Hallo there

I saw an article a while back in Costa Blanca News about re-cycling and what you can put in the Envases bins (the yellow ones) and I assume that Polaris are following the same system. You can put all your plastic containers in, also tins, milk cartons, even polystyrene food trays. Not really sure about plastic bags though but most people use them to bag up their containers when they put them in the municipal bins so I guess you can do the same on HR.

If I've got it all wrong, will someone please correct me!
