Hi all,
Just been browsing some other forums and have picked up on the fact that without this licence you are not obliged to complete and not having the licence can affect the utilities connection. Did everyone who is having trouble with utilities ensure that PW had this licence prior to completion? Not much good now I know, but it would be interesting to see whether its another PW initiated blunder or just sloppy administration.
